Zusammenfassung

Motive is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager for SMBs to lead new customer onboarding, ensure early product adoption, and educate customers on Motive’s value. The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and relationship-building to deliver a positive first-90-days experience.

You will guide hardware/software setup, coordinate with support, engineering, and sales to resolve issues, and manage a high volume of inquiries while driving successful activation and loyalty.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (sales or support).
• Experience with Salesforce and using data to inform engagement plans.
• Ability to define success for customers and Motive.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with documentation, data analysis, reporting; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and key personnel.
• Strong business acumen including project/account management and analytical skills.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for new SMB customers during onboarding.
• Guide customers through hardware/software setup and system training.
• Monitor progress to ensure adoption and timely activation.
• Collaborate with support, engineering, sales, and product management to resolve issues.
• Handle a high volume of calls and email inquiries.
