Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience with SMB customers.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and CRM basics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for SMB customers.
• Assist with platform usage and queries.
• Maintain customer data in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales and Ops for handoffs.
• Identify at-risk customers and escalate.
• Improve onboarding and support workflows.
