Nishat Chunian Limited HTD SITE is seeking a Site HR Manager to lead HR and industrial relations across three manufacturing sites. You will partner with site leadership to optimize staffing, drive recruitment, and ensure policy compliance across lines of operation.

Key responsibilities include managing onboarding and succession planning, payroll inputs, and maintaining robust HRIS records while overseeing employee relations, disciplinary matters, and governance with government bodies.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in supervision within textile manufacturing.
• Excellent working knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, and factory/social compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and manage employee relations with negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across manufacturing sites.

Job Description:

The Site HR Manager is responsible for leading the Human Resources and Industrial Relations function across our three manufacturing sites. The role partners with site leadership to enhance workforce productivity, strengthen employee and industrial relations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

• Partner with factory leadership for optimal staffing levels, lead recruitment across all levels, manage onboarding, and succession planning for management positions.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, social compliance standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Labour Department and other relevant government bodies.
• Oversee time office operations, payroll inputs, HRIS data and ensure maintenance of proper records.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, vacancies, and manpower utilization, and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business Administration/related discipline, with 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within textile manufacturing.
• Excellent working knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, and factory/social compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and manage employee relations with excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across manufacturing sites.
