Job summary

Nishat Chunian Limited HTD SITE is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets and quality standards. You will oversee facility maintenance and new construction, monitor materials, and prepare project documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of site supervision experience and is proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office, with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in site supervision and project execution
• BS Civil Engineering degree required
• Experience with BOQ preparation and project documentation
• Industrial construction knowledge and familiarity with MEP elements

Job Description:

• Manage project activities to ensure efficient delivery within approved timelines and budgets while meeting established quality standards
• Manage execution of facility maintenance works and new construction
• Monitor material consumption, forecast project requirements, and process material requisitions through the store in a timely manner
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs), project estimates, progress reports, and related technical documentation in accordance with project requirements
• Coordinate with other engineering & relevant teams
• Liaise on the company's behalf with consultants and suppliers

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years' experience in site supervision, resource management, and preparation of BOQs
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Revit, and SketchUp with sound knowledge of MEP elements (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Experience in textile processing & stitching industry will be preferred
• Familiarity with construction documentation, procurement & tendering in an industrial environment
• Technical knowledge and best practices in industry regarding civil, structural, and architectural works
