Zusammenfassung

Rafhanmaize is seeking a Boiler Engineer to lead the operation of boilers in the Co-gen and Utilities department and to manage related plant systems including Turbine House and Water treatment. The role requires 1st Class Boiler competency and hands-on experience with coal-fired boilers and water softening plants.

You will be responsible for daily operation, data logging, process monitoring, and adherence to NEQS for effluent.

Qualifikationen

• 1st Class Boiler Competency Certificate is essential.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting coal-fired boilers (CFB) and water softening plants.
• Good communication skills and basic computer literacy required.
• Professional level English language skill desirable.

Aufgaben

• Operate boilers at Co-gen and Utilities.
• Oversee Turbine House, Cooling Tower, Coal Crusher & Conveying, Lime crushing and conveying, ash handling, Water treatment, compressed air, LPG / SNG & raw water systems.
• Maintain logbooks, daily reports, SAP notifications, production and consumption data.
• Ensure quality of boiler feed water, blow down, process water and condensate return.
• Monitor safety devices and PPE compliance; ensure environmental policies are followed.
• Aim to meet KPIs and control losses due to leakage of steam, water, gas, condensate, air.
• Support plant compliance with NEQS for effluent discharge from WWTP.
