Rafhan Maize Products Company Ltd. in Faisalabad is seeking a Boiler Engineer to head shift of the Co-gen plant and utilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation of coal-fired boilers, turbine house, water treatment, and related systems.

You will maintain logs, SAP notifications, monitor KPI performance, and ensure NEQS compliance for effluent and wastewater; the role requires a 1st Class Boiler Competency Certificate and good English communication.

Formación

• 1st Class Boiler Competency Certificate is mandatory.
• Experience operating coal-fired boilers (CFB) and water softening plants.
• Basic computer literacy; SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of Boilers at the Co-gen and Utilities department.
• Manage documentation including logbooks, daily reports, SAP notifications, and production data.
• Monitor boiler water quality, blow down, condensate return, and related process water.
• Ensure safe operation and environmental compliance, including NEQS for effluent.
• Work to meet KPIs and act on leakages and safety devices.

Boiler Engineer - Rafhan### Boiler EngineerApply: Mehran: Full time: Posted 2 Days Ago: Req-40572As a **Boiler Engineer**, you will be responsible for heading shift of Cogen plant & utilities. **What you will do:*** Operations – Overall operation of Boilers at Co-gen and Utilities department. Further responsible for the operation of Turbine House, Cooling Tower, Coal Crusher & Conveying, Lime crushing and conveying, ash handling, Water treatment, compressed air, LPG / SNG & raw water systems. To ensure proper working of tube wells for ground water supply. To ensure efficient operation of wastewater treatment and ensure the compliance of NEQS of effluent water discharge from WWTP.* Documentation – To maintain logbooks, daily reports, SAP notifications, production data, consumption data, issuance from store.* Quality Assurance – To check the quality of boiler feed water, boiler blow down, process water and condensate return periodically during the shift. To ensure the proper function of canal water settling system.* Efficient Performance & KPI – To control the loss due to leakage of steam, water, gas, air, condensate at all the process plants.
