Job summary

Rafhanmaize, located at the Cornwala Plant in Pakistan, seeks a Senior Boiler Engineer to plan, execute, and ensure reliability of utilities and WWTP maintenance, with SAP-based preventive and corrective work management. You will define methods, resources, and time/cost estimates, while overseeing third-party contractors and ensuring safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have a 1st Class Boiler certificate, 7–10 years in utilities maintenance, ERP/SAP proficiency, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Chemical or Mechanical engineering or DAE in related discipline.
• First Class Boiler Competency Certificate compulsory.
• 7–10 years of utilities operations and maintenance experience.
• Experience dealing with government regulatory authorities; SAP literacy.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ERP including SAP, Lean Six Sigma, MS Office, Power BI for maintenance.
• Understand ISO, EHS, IMS, GPM, ISO & Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and ensure reliability of utilities and WWTP maintenance.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance in SAP.
• Prepare work methods, resources, and cost estimates.
• Supervise third-party contractors and ensure safe execution.
• Maintain boilers, LPG plant, cooling towers, chillers, and related systems.
• Upload data to Power BI and manage SAP activities.
• Monthly closing activities for Utilities & Co-gen.
• Lead utilities project upgrades and new installations.
