Job summary

Nishat Chunian Group is seeking a capable engineer at its HTD SITE to operate and monitor CFBC boilers, steam turbines, and auxiliaries for safe, efficient plant performance.

With 1–2 years in power plant operations and a BSc in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, you will monitor DCS/CCR readings, inspect field equipment, and quickly address abnormalities to maintain reliable operations.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in power plant operations.
• Hands-on exposure to Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CFBC boilers, steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems for safe and efficient plant operations.
• Monitor plant parameters through DCS/CCR and field instruments.
• Conduct routine field inspections of boilers, turbines, pumps, fans, compressors, cooling towers, and other auxiliary equipment.
• Identify and report equipment abnormalities and operational issues, ensuring timely corrective action to maintain reliable plant performance.
