Astral Logistics Solutions is seeking a seasoned Truck Dispatcher to support our US-based logistics operations. You will manage a portfolio of 2–3 owner-operators, keep loads moving, and build strong carrier relationships.

The role requires hands-on experience with load boards and the ability to work US business hours (night shift, PKT). You will negotiate rates, track progress, and ensure on-time performance across US freight lanes.

Competenze

• 1–2 years truck dispatch experience in the US market.
• Hands-on load board experience (DAT, Truckstop.com or similar).
• Ability to work US business hours (night shift, PKT).
• Proven ability to manage multiple trucks simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Dispatch and manage 2–3 owner-operators/trucks on US freight lanes.
• Source loads via load boards and negotiate rates.
• Track drivers in real-time and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers and shippers.
• Handle paperwork: rate confirmations, BOLs, check calls, and PODs.
• Meet delivery windows and maintain high on-time performance.
