Qualifications

• 0–6 months of experience in US trucking dispatching.
• Basic knowledge of US trucking operations and freight dispatching.
• Familiarity with DAT load boards and load searching.
• Understanding of broker communication and rate negotiation.
• Good English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work during US time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify suitable loads using DAT load boards.
• Communicate professionally with freight brokers.
• Negotiate rates to secure profitable loads.
• Evaluate and qualify loads based on rates, routes, and operational requirements.
• Present suitable and profitable load options to management.
• Coordinate with brokers and provide relevant load information.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the dispatching process.
