Job summary

EVOSOL Pvt. Ltd in Karachi seeks an experienced Truck Dispatcher to support USA-based trucking operations. The role focuses on loading profitability, load-board sourcing, and professional communication with US brokers and drivers.

You will negotiate freight rates, plan routes, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries while coordinating across multiple systems and time zones.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in USA Truck Dispatching / Freight Dispatching is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of the US trucking and freight industry.
• Understanding of Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or other equipment types.
• Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, and freight load boards.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
• Good knowledge of US states, major cities, highways, and freight lanes.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and brokers.
• Preferred Experience: 1–2+ years of USA Truck Dispatching; owner-operators and trucking company experience; rate negotiation and load booking.

Responsibilities

• Find and book profitable loads for company/partner carriers.
• Work with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and other relevant platforms.
• Communicate professionally with US-based brokers, shippers, and drivers.
• Negotiate freight rates and secure the best possible loads.
• Plan and coordinate routes according to truck location and availability.
• Track drivers and provide regular updates to brokers and customers.
• Manage Rate Confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other dispatch documents.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, trips, rates, and delivery status.
• Handle appointment scheduling and follow up with brokers.
• Resolve basic operational issues and delays during transit.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads.
• Work according to USA Central/Eastern time zones, as required.
