Astral Logistics Solutions is seeking a seasoned Truck Dispatcher to support our US-based logistics operations. You will manage a portfolio of 2–3 owner-operators, keep loads moving, and build strong carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Hands-on load board experience — DAT, Truckstop.com, or similar
• Able to work US business hours (night shift, PKT)
• Proven ability to manage multiple trucks simultaneously
• Knowledge of US freight lanes, rates, and broker relationships

Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to PKR 70,000/month
• Commission: 10% on every load dispatched
• High performers dispatching multiple trucks earn significantly above base
