• Good organization and attention to detail when tracking shipments and maintaining dispatch records.
• Ability to monitor multiple loads, prioritize tasks, and respond calmly to schedule changes or delays.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and dispatch or load-tracking tools.
• Problem-solving skills and sound judgment when resolving routine transport and service issues.
• Reliability, accountability, and willingness to work onsite in Lahore in support of US trucking operations.
