Job summary

ZTE is seeking a proactive Project Manager in Pakistan to lead end-to-end telecom and infrastructure projects. You will plan, execute, and deliver on time, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multi-site deployments.

The role requires 5–8+ years in project management within telecom/IT, strong scheduling and risk-mitigation skills, and fluent English. On-site work in Pakistan with potential for career growth in an international enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of professional project management experience in telecommunications or IT.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK and scheduling tools MS Project/Primavera.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Pakistan with on-site availability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex telecom and infrastructure projects on time and within scope.
• Develop detailed project schedules, WBS, resources, and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycles, milestones, and multi-site deployments.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, procurement, and clients for communication and risk management.
• Conduct regular reviews, monitor quality, and maintain project documentation.
