Job summary

Huawei Pakistan seeks an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to lead telecom network operations for a large-scale Managed Services project in Islamabad. You will oversee end-to-end PM/CM, ensuring high availability, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction across a multivendor environment.

The role requires strong RAN/BTS, transmission and power infrastructure knowledge, plus proven ability to lead regional teams, manage suppliers and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years in Telecom O&M or Managed Services.
• Experience in multivendor environments (Huawei, Nokia, ZTE preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PM and CM across multiple regions.
• Ensure network availability and SLA/KPI compliance.
• Manage regional O&M teams, field engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee fault management, escalation, and service restoration.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports using digital O&M platforms.
