Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of professional telecommunications engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Huawei or ZTE hardware/software platforms.
• Strong RCA, TT response, and alarm monitoring capabilities.
• Excellent documentation and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, operation, and maintenance of core/transport networks using Huawei or ZTE gear.
• Monitor alarms and performance metrics; perform RCA and resolve trouble tickets within SLA.
• Collaborate with R&D, field teams, and clients to resolve complex issues and implement updates.
• Prepare RCA reports for major outages and coordinate network upgrades and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and operational procedures.
