Job summary

ZTE Pakistan invites an experienced Regional Project Manager to lead the regional telecom project rollout in Quetta, Pakistan. You will own regional planning, tracking, resource allocation, and QA across site deployments, coordinating with field teams, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 6–8 years in telecom project management, strong budgeting skills, and familiarity with RAN, Core, and transmission architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of progressive professional hands-on experience in telecommunications project management and network infrastructure rollout.
Strong operational expertise in multi-vendor cellular site deployments, civil works, and power systems.
Proficiency with project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
Experience with site acquisition, regulatory compliance, subcontractor management, and QA frameworks.
Solid grasp of telecommunications network architecture (RAN, Core, Transmission) and site deployment lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end regional network rollout planning and site deployment execution in Quetta.
Manage timelines, milestones, resources, and budget across parallel deployment workstreams.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, field supervisors, subs contractors, and vendors.
Enforce HSE standards and quality control across all active sites.
Prepare progress reports and financial forecasts for senior management.
Engage with HR and client representatives for stakeholder alignment.
