Job summary

ZTE is seeking a Project Director to lead strategic telecom initiatives in Pakistan. This executive role oversees complex portfolios from inception to delivery, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring profitability and compliance across projects.

You will manage P&L, drive business development, and build strong relationships with key operators and enterprise clients, while mentoring senior PMs in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Telecommunications/ Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12–15+ years in project management with 5+ years in senior executive leadership.
• Proven success leading multi-million-dollar telecom infrastructure projects.
• Strong English communication and cross-cultural leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project initiatives and large telecom deployments in Pakistan.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, budgeting, and P&L responsibilities.
• Cultivate executive relationships with enterprise clients and Tier-1 operators.
• Mentor senior project managers and ensure robust governance and risk management.
