Detailed Job Description:

As a Project Management Manager supporting operations in Pakistan via ZTE, you will take full strategic ownership of project management office (PMO) governance, methodology standardization, and portfolio performance analytics. Your day-to-day responsibilities include establishing standardized project management frameworks, monitoring portfolio health dashboards, providing mentorship to project managers, and driving cross-functional engagement. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to enhance project visibility, streamline reporting mechanisms, and align project execution with corporate strategy. Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven track record of establishing project governance frameworks and driving portfolio-level operational excellence.
• Expert-level practical knowledge of project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile) and PMO tools.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder communication capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in portfolio budgeting and resource forecasting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
