Job summary

ZTE is seeking a Project Management Manager in Pakistan to lead the PMO governance, portfolio analytics, and cross-functional engagement. You will standardize methodologies, monitor portfolio health dashboards, mentor project managers, and deliver executive-level reporting to align projects with corporate strategy.

The role requires 8–12+ years in project management, strong PMO experience, PMBOK/PRINCE2/Agile proficiency, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of project management experience
3+ years managing PMO operations or multiple large projects
Proven governance frameworks and portfolio-level excellence
PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile knowledge and PMO tools
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication
Experience with portfolio budgeting and resource forecasting
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Legal eligibility to work in Pakistan and regional availability

Responsibilities

Drive project visibility, cross-functional engagement, and operational excellence across the PMO.
Establish and standardize project management methodologies, templates, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Monitor portfolio health, financial performance, and delivery metrics through executive dashboards.
Mentor regional project managers and provide professional development support.
Conduct regular project audits and post-implementation reviews to ensure quality.
Collaborate with executives to align project execution with corporate strategy.
Manage resource forecasting, capacity planning, and portfolio-level risk management.
Prepare executive performance reports and strategic portfolio reviews for senior management.
