AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for senior developers and other technical roles. You will build pipelines, screen candidates, and coordinate assessments while aligning with People and Development teams to refine hiring strategies.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, transparent candidate experiences, and improving recruitment workflows across our global tech brands. Onsite work in Lahore with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven success hiring long-term developers, preferably at the senior level.
• Basic understanding of developer stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, Manatal, and Boolean search methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments in collaboration with engineering leads and hiring managers.
• Align closely with People and Development teams on hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
• Document sourcing, interviews, and notes; improve recruitment workflows.
