Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on senior developers across our brands. The role supports scaling development teams by identifying and hiring top technical talent, with a fully remote setup and international collaboration.

You will build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate technical assessments, and partner with People and Development teams to refine hiring strategies, leveraging tools like Manatal and Boolean

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven success hiring long-term developers, preferably at senior level.
• Basic understanding of developer stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and Boolean search methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and referrals.
• Identify and engage passive candidates, particularly senior-level developers.
• Build and manage a long-term talent network for key technical roles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments in collaboration with engineering leads.
• Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Track candidates using Manatal or internal tracking sheets.
• Align with People and Development teams on hiring needs and market insights.
