Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• CMFD certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales/relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team-based business targets.
• Maintain and service a portfolio of retail clients.
• Identify and engage potential clients through daily visits and follow-ups.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and risk profiling requirements.
• Participate in retail-focused activities such as road shows and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Investor Services Department for lead conversion.
• Maintain excellent service standards consistent with HBL AMC's brand.
• Stay updated on market trends and new product offerings.
• Submit daily activity and client meeting reports.
