Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking an experienced HR professional to own payroll, benefits, and employee data governance in Lahore. You will ensure accuracy across onboarding, payroll, provident funds, and audits while maintaining statutory compliance and audit readiness.

The role requires hands-on payroll processing, benefits administration, and strong coordination with HR, Finance, and vendors. A Bachelor’s degree in HR and 3-4 years of relevant experience is expected, with proficiency in HRMS and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3-4 years of payroll processing and HR operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with an HRMS platform and payroll systems.
• Solid understanding of Pakistan labor law, EOBI regulations, provident fund administration, and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify and activate employee master data across HRMS and payroll systems.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, policy acknowledgements, and audit-ready documentation.
• Run monthly payroll, validate submissions against business logic, and handle deductions and taxes.
• Administer benefits programs (health insurance, OPD, provident fund, EOBI, etc.).
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
