Job summary

Prime System Solutions in Lahore, Pakistan, is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join the HR Department and manage daily HR functions, policy implementation, employee relations, training, and records maintenance.

The role supports the HR Manager to drive strategic goals while ensuring regulatory compliance, privacy, and employment law alignment. You will handle payroll, benefits, HRIS, and recruitment support on-site at our Lahore office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience, with payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with workplace investigations is an asset.
• Proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce; on-site work only.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR functions including terminations, policy implementation/monitoring, employee relations, training and development, and records maintenance.
• Support HR Manager in implementing changes to meet strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance for bi-weekly payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Utilize Ceridian Dayforce to update employee information and streamline HR processes.
• Develop and update HR policies and ensure training and compliance.
