Job summary

Level3 BOS, headquartered in DHA Phase 5, Karachi, seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage U.S. payroll processes across multiple cycles with precision and compliance. The role requires strong Excel skills, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with both U.S.

and Pakistan teams to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with US payroll, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze compensation costs while supporting audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as Payroll Specialist/Analyst, preferably supporting U.S.-based payroll.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll practices, regulations, taxation, and labor laws.
• Experience managing multiple payroll cycles (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process U.S. payroll accurately across weekly, biweekly, and monthly cycles.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and laws.
• Review and validate payroll data, earnings, deductions, taxes, and records.
• Calculate commissions, bonuses, incentives based on approved structures.
• Assist in development and evaluation of compensation and commission plans.
• Conduct payroll analysis and financial modeling to assess costs.
• Prepare payroll and compensation reports for management.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
