Job summary

Adstract Digital is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (Outbound) to join our Islamabad team. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting—cold calling, emailing and social outreach—to identify quality opportunities for our digital marketing services.

You will manage a pipeline, run discovery calls, and present our offerings to target markets, collaborating with marketing and sales to sharpen messaging and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B outbound cold calling, with results you can state in numbers.
• Excellent spoken and written English. You understand business owners and executives in fast conversations, listen carefully and reply clearly and naturally.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM, and with a power dialer.
• Practical experience with several of the data, signal, enrichment and outreach tools listed above.
• Confidence using AI tools for research, call preparation and drafting, with the judgement to check every output before it reaches a prospect.
• Experience of building lead lists and verifying contact data.
• A track record of turning conversations into booked meetings.
• Reliability, honest reporting and respect for compliance rules.
• Willingness to work set hours aligned with US and UK business hours

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Manage a sales pipeline, conduct discovery calls, and present Adstract Digital’s services to prospective clients in target markets.
• Generate new business by finding the right companies and contacts and initiating conversations that end in qualified meetings with the closing team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and support revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare activity reports, and continuously improve outbound strategies.
• Work in a heavily outbound, cold-calling-heavy role with structured targets and coaching.
