PromoGen is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel outbound growth in a remote, full-time role based in Lahore, Pakistan. You will build a scalable pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced startup culture, earn uncapped commissions, and collaborate with leadership to refine messaging. A strong English communicator with 1+ year B2B experience and CRM familiarity will excel in this role.

Competenze

• 1+ year of hands-on B2B sales, outbound SDR, or lead generation experience.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
• Quiet home office setup with reliable internet.

Mansioni

• Pipeline generation & outbound outreach across multi-channel strategies (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn).
• Account mapping & prospect research to identify high-value targets and decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound/outbound prospects by identifying pain points, goals, budget, and environment.
• Present and demonstrate core value of products/services to corporate buyers.
• CRM management: maintain records of outreach, interactions, and sales stages (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, objections, and audience mapping.
• Aim to exceed monthly KPIs, booked meetings, and revenue targets.
• Nurture client relationships for smooth hand-offs and high satisfaction.
