Job summary

BPO Impact is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our US-based B2B Construction Services Campaign. The role is on-site in Islamabad, with an evening shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST) and a focus on outbound calls to US-based prospects.

You will introduce services, qualify opportunities, book qualified appointments, maintain CRM records, and strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while building confidence in outbound sales and overcoming objections.

Role: BPO Impact is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing US-based B2B Construction Services Campaign. We are looking for confident and well-spoken individuals with prior sales experience, particularly in outbound sales and cold calling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospects, handling objections and rejection, identifying opportunities, and creating qualified appointments. You don't need to be a senior sales professional. We are looking for someone with the right communication skills, sales experience, confidence, and willingness to perform in an outbound environment.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses and decision-makers.
• Introduce our services confidently and professionally.
• Engage contractors, builders, construction companies, and business owners.
• Identify potential opportunities and understand prospect requirements.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs and project requirements.
• Handle objections and maintain productive sales conversations.
• Generate and book qualified appointments.
• Follow up with prospects when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in sales Particularly outbound sales or cold calling.
• Experience in BPO, tele sales, SDR, BDE, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Confidence when speaking with US-based prospects.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
• Ability to handle rejection and common objections professionally.
• Strong listening and conversational skills.
• Target-oriented, motivated, and consistent.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Comfortable working US business hours and on-site in Islamabad.
