• Capability to brief external counsel and present the company’s legal position.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize amendments to laws and regulations for analysis and strategy.
• Coordinate with departments to collect litigation documents and track cases.
• Develop legal views on issues related to litigation based on existing laws and research.
• Provide case details and company perspective to external counsel for proceedings.
• Identify suitable law firms/counsel for litigation needs.
• Assist in preparation and execution of Vakalatnama for appointing counsel.
• Coordinate with external counsel to initiate and follow up lawsuits.
• Represent the company at hearings when required and document proceedings.
• Generate periodic reports on potential legal and litigation risks.
