• LLB with 14 years of relevant experience and 5 years of Bar enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Review amendments to laws, rules and regulations and assess impact on operations.
• Develop strategy to address regulatory changes and public policy.
• Coordinate with external counsel and ensure company position is properly presented at hearings.
• Prepare legal documents and briefs with input from relevant departments.
• Maintain relationship with courts and monitor ongoing litigation.
• Provide updates to senior management and committees on case progress.
