Sui Southern Gas Company Limited in Hyderabad seeks a law graduate to join its Legal Department to defend the company’s interests in lawsuits. You will assist in litigation support, draft initial legal views, and coordinate with internal departments to gather documents and briefs for external counsel.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience and 6 months Bar enrollment, with exposure to court procedures, drafting pleadings, preparing Vakalatnama, and updating management on case progress.

Qualifications

• Law degree from HEC with 1 year relevant experience and 6 months Bar enrollment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in gathering amendments to laws, rules and regulations and present to supervisor.
• Coordinate with Head Office departments to collect documents and follow up on lawsuits.
• Prepare initial legal views on issues/cases related to litigation within Hyderabad jurisdiction.
• Provide case details and supporting documents to external counsel and share company perspective.
• Assist in preparation and execution of Vakalatnama and coordination with legal counsel for suits.
