Qualifications

• Law graduate from HEC recognized university.
• 11 years of relevant experience with 4 years of Bar Enrollment.
• Candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Functional / Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Protect the company's interests in lawsuits filed or defended by the company.
• Advise on pre-litigation processes and strategies to avoid litigation.
• Study amendments to laws and regulations and assess impact on operations.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal departments for litigation matters.
• Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and notices.
• Represent the company in court hearings and enhance risk analysis and reporting.
