Job summary

Edge EDU is seeking a Senior Training & Enablement Specialist to design, develop, and deliver learning programs for Edge talent and internal teams. The role combines instructional design, content creation, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and learning technology across Medical, Dental, Insurance, and Accounting domains.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Strong instructional design and training content development skills.
• Solid understanding of adult learning methods and learning psychology.
• Experience building certifications, assessments, and structured programs.
• Comfortable leading live training sessions with coaching and feedback.
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning tech.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop role-based training, certifications, onboarding, and professional development.
• Create learning materials, facilitator guides, scripts, assessments, and certifications.
• Develop engaging e-learning, video, simulations, and other formats.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Facilitate live training, workshops, and coaching across functions.
• Analyze learner data to identify gaps and improve programs.
• Manage learning projects from design through launch and improvement.
• Leverage LMS/LXP and AI tools to enhance learning experiences.
