Job summary

Tkxel is seeking an L&D Specialist to manage and scale internal learning initiatives across the organization. You will oversee weekly Upskill sessions, Tech Camps, English Language Training (ELT), and custom training requests while maintaining the company-wide training calendar.

Responsibilities include analytics-driven tracking of attendance and outcomes, alignment with C-level leadership, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of learning programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in L&D or HR with IT/software exposure.
• Experience managing CEFR-based language programs is preferred.
• Hands-on LMS administration, data tracking and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly Upskill sessions and coordinate cross-team logistics.
• Manage Tech Camps and ELT, tracking attendance and feedback.
• Handle request-based training and maintain central resource library.
• Develop the annual training calendar and analyze data for senior management.
