• Identify development needs and translate them into learning interventions.
• Review Training Needs Analysis and propose org development solutions.
• Manage budgets, roadmaps and programs for continuous improvement.
• Audit compliance with ISO requirements.
• Enhance Learning Management System to support a Learning Organization.

Responsabilités

• Staff learning & development, competency development and internship within functions.
• Collaborate with leadership and regional stakeholders to implement strategies and plans.
• Support talent management and succession planning as applicable.
• Design, develop, implement and monitor learning products and services; review policies and SOPs.
• Perform data analysis and audits on training effectiveness according to business requirements.
