Value Engineering Pakistan is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of employee training and development initiatives. The role focuses on identifying skill gaps, building learning programs, and creating a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

You will develop organization-wide strategies, manage LMS, track progress, collaborate with leaders, and build leadership pipelines to support growth and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing organization-wide learning strategies.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and training records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization-wide learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify training needs through performance evaluations and organizational analysis.
• Build annual training calendars and learning roadmaps for all departments.
• Design competency development frameworks for employee growth and succession planning.
