Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning & Design Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives across the organization.

You will drive instructional design, LMS platforms, and project management to advance employee development through digital content, training programs, and analytics. Collaborating with SMEs and cross‑functional teams, you will shape strategy and measure impact with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Innovation: implement the digital learning strategy and adopt new tech.
• Digital Learning Development: design and create engaging e-learning content with SMEs.
• Technology & Platform Management: optimize LMS and analytics reporting.
• Training & Support: run training programs and assist staff with digital content creation.
• Assessment & Improvement: define KPIs and analyze learner engagement to improve content.
