Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Design & Application Engineer to advance process automation solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Renewable Energy in Pakistan.

You will design hardware for DCS, SIS, and FGS, interpret specs and diagrams, and support cybersecurity, testing, and site activities from FAT to startup. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of work experience in Industrial Automation & Controls.
• Experience in hardware design for DCS, SIS, and FGS.
• Preference for experience with wellhead control panels, skids, and solar systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial standards and instrumentation.
• Experience with testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and startup.
• Hands‑on proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong communication to discuss technical information.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement hardware for DCS, SIS, and FGS control systems.
• Ensure adherence to major industrial standards across project phases.
• Interpret customer specs, FRs, P&IDs, CEs, drawings and narratives.
• Support industrial network architecture and cybersecurity measures.
• Prepare and maintain FDS, FAT/SAT procedures, manuals and docs.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, standards, and client requirements.
