Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence in Pakistan seeks a Design & Application Engineer to advance process automation across oil & gas, petrochemicals, utilities, and renewables. You will design hardware for DCS, SIS, and FGS, and interpret FRs, P&IDs, and C&Es to shape project information.

The role covers commissioning, FAT/SAT, site work, network security, and documentation; the ideal candidate has 2–6 years in industrial automation, strong standards knowledge, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years in Industrial Automation & Controls.
• Experience with DCS, SIS, and FGS hardware design.
• FAT/commissioning and site work experience.
• Good communication and technical discussion skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement hardware for DCS, SIS and FGS.
• Analyze customer specs (FRS, P&IDs, C&Es) to gather project info.
• Support industrial network architecture and cybersecurity measures.
• Prepare and maintain engineering docs (FDS, FAT/SAT, manuals).
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup and handover.
• Ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
