Job summary
INTECH Automation Intelligence in Lahore, Pakistan seeks a Design & Application Engineer to advance process automation across oil & gas, petrochemicals, utilities, and renewables. You will design hardware for DCS, SIS, and FGS, interpret FRS and P&IDs, and support networking and cybersecurity during projects.
The role covers FAT/SAT, on-site commissioning, and handover, with focus on standards, safety, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
- 2–6 years in Industrial Automation & Controls.
- Experience in hardware design for DCS, SIS, FGS.
- Experience with wellhead control panels/components preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial standards and instrumentation.
- Site work including FAT/SAT and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Design hardware for DCS, SIS, and FGS control systems.
- Interpret FRS, P&IDs, C&Es, and related drawings.
- Support industrial network architecture and cybersecurity.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation (FDS, FAT/SAT procedures).
- Participate in FAT/SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure project compliance with standards and client requirements.
