Qualifications

• Experience as a Contract Manager in energy or large-scale projects (8+ years).
• Expertise in contract negotiation, preparation, compliance, risk assessment, and subcontracting.
• Strong analytical and strategic abilities, incl. AI and digitalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Develop strategies for claims, variations, and amendments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze contract performance and advise project management and finance teams.
• Act as SME on contractual matters guiding project teams.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with governance, legal standards, and regulations; maintain contract database.
• Interface between project teams, legal, and finance for contract issues.
• Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and performance; mentor juniors.
