Job summary

Strong understanding of hydropower project requirements and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and manage contracts for hydropower projects, including scope, terms, and conditions.
Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and project specifications.
Handle and resolve claims, disputes, and contractual issues arising during the lifecycle of hydropower projects.
Prepare regular reports on contract performance, claims status, and potential issues for senior management.
Liaise with legal advisors and external consultants as required to resolve complex claims.
Identify potential risks related to contracts and claims and develop strategies.
Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, claims, and related correspondence.
