Job summary

Siemens Energy in Pakistan is seeking an experienced bid professional to lead end-to-end tenders for high-voltage substation projects, aligning engineering, procurement, finance and legal teams to deliver competitive, compliant proposals.

You will translate complex customer requirements into winning offers, manage risk, and drive cost estimation and pricing strategies to protect margins while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in bid, proposal or tender management within energy/substation sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure tenders.
• Strong commercial acumen including cost estimation and pricing analysis.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in Pakistan's energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid lifecycle for substation projects.
• Analyze tender documents to define winning bid strategy.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement and project management.
• Develop robust cost estimates and pricing models with margins.
• Manage internal approvals and risk assessments.
• Negotiate terms with clients and partners.
