Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Grid Technologies – Substations in Pakistan. You will lead end-to-end execution from handover to closeout, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to meet contractual, financial, safety, and quality standards.

You will drive project profitability, manage risks, and maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards and PM@Siemens

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing complex engineering projects, preferably HV substations.
• Experience managing projects in Pakistan or the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of grid station and HV substation projects from Sales handover through closeout.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims and change orders to protect commercial interests.
• Drive project profitability, manage risks, and ensure HSE and quality compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Provide transparent progress updates and lead project review meetings.
