AI Engineers Pakistan in Karachi is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive client relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with proposal teams. You will act as a key interface between the organization and clients, shaping strategies across markets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in business development, client relations, marketing or technical consultancy, with experience in engineering consulting or related sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, client relations, marketing, or technical consultancy.
• Experience in engineering consulting, construction, infrastructure, real estate, industrial, or B2B organizations preferred.
• Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and key account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan and across the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business intelligence and market analysis.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Act as a key interface between the organization and clients.
• Explore local and regional market opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of donor-funded projects and agencies, including ADB, World Bank, UN, and JICA.
• Coordinate with clients and support the Proposal Team in gathering required information.
• Contribute to client relationship management, marketing, branding, and social media initiatives.
