Job summary

AlphaBOLD in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an experienced AI Expert/Practice Manager to lead the company’s AI vision and ensure delivery of multiple software projects. The role combines AI leadership, hands-on technical depth, software engineering delivery, client engagement, and people leadership.

The ideal candidate will drive AI strategy, own delivery outcomes across projects, and mentor teams while collaborating with US-based clients on cutting-edge AI and enterprise integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software engineering or technology experience.
• 5+ years leading software development teams and complex client-facing delivery.
• 3+ years of enterprise AI experience, including production deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong background in software architecture, technical consulting, or engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI delivery practice and engineering standards for the offshore team, executing the company AI roadmap.
• Identify new AI opportunities across services and industries.
• Define AI offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Translate AI strategy into executable plans, delivery priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead multiple software development projects from initiation through production release.
• Provide technical direction across architecture, engineering practices, integrations, cloud services, APIs, data, DevOps, testing, and release management.
• Engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders in AI and software solution discussions.
• Design and oversee production-grade AI solutions involving AI Agents, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, chatbots, and analytics.
• Build AI-enabled workflows, reusable playbooks, and internal accelerators.
• Lead or support proposals, estimates, and delivery plans.
