Job summary

Zong 5G is seeking a functional head of Brand Management, Media & Communication to lead brand strategy, campaigns, and media planning. You will align brand identity with Digital Pakistan objectives and ensure consistent customer experiences across channels.

The role requires strong experience in brand governance, analytics, and media optimization to drive long-term growth for a technology services enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and implement Zong’s brand vision, personality, and architecture across products and campaigns.
• Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns to drive awareness and emotional connection.
• Brand Identity & Governance: Maintain brand guidelines across ATL, BTL, digital, and retail channels with consistent tone and messaging.
• Brand Health Tracking: Monitor awareness, NPS, and positioning versus competitors to guide strategy.
• Media Strategy & Planning: Develop integrated media plans across TV, radio, print and digital for maximum reach and efficiency.
• Media Buying & Optimization: Manage media budgeting, negotiations, and performance tracking for ROI.
• Content & Creative Coordination: Collaborate with brands team for asset development ensuring quality and timely rollout.
• Measurement & Analytics: Track campaign performance and provide insights for future planning.
