Job summary

PTCL is seeking an Executive Marketing Leader to define and drive the company’s enterprise-wide marketing, commercial and customer growth strategy. You will provide strategic leadership to strengthen PTCL's market leadership in Pakistan’s telecommunications, ICT, and digital services landscape.

You will guide pricing, CVM, digital marketing and brand management while leading a high-performing team through transformative initiatives and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Commercial strategy or digital business.
• At least 5–7 years in executive leadership roles in large organizations.
• Experience in telecommunications, ICT or technology sectors is preferred.
• Proven track record in transformation, digital marketing and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute PTCL's enterprise-wide marketing and commercial strategy.
• Advise the CEO on market trends, customer insights and competitive positioning.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market share expansion.
• Lead portfolio strategy across Broadband, Fiber, IPTV and digital services.
• Oversee pricing, CVM and ARPU growth initiatives.
• Lead digital marketing across channels and enhance omnichannel journeys.
• Develop and nurture a high-performing marketing organization.
