Zong 5G is seeking a Sr. Manager Solutions Innovation & Standardization at its HQ in Islamabad. The role focuses on designing innovative solutions, governing presales to after-sale processes for government and enterprise projects, and maintaining a central library of reference designs and playbooks.

You will lead technical wins in tenders, coordinate with IGPD and Product teams, and oversee partner onboarding and due diligence to ensure timely delivery and compliance across DICT projects.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in ICT, telecom, technology, system integration or project-based business.
• Experience in project financial analysis / commercial finance / business planning would be preferred.
• Must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above preferably in Electrical/Network/Computer Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Design new and innovative solutions by researching IGPD and Products Team demands; collaborate with IGPD and Products team.
• Own the process to govern presales → in-sale → after-sale solution management for government/enterprise projects (DICT and multi-vendor).
• Maintain a reusable solutions library with version-controlled designs, sizing rules, observability baselines, and post-go-live playbooks.
• Support Pre Sales & Project Management HQ teams for High Value Solutions.
• Prepare framework and onboard solutions partners for timely delivery to customers.
• Source, assess, and shortlist ecosystem partners with due diligence on skills, certifications, references, and delivery feasibility.
• Design, develop and integrate applications through inhouse GCSS AD & I team to meet customer needs.
• Provide level-3 presales support on product/solution capabilities and exceptions to standards.
• Own the technical win in tenders and RFP/RFI responses; align architecture, compliance matrices, and solution margin with bid strategy.
• Define acceptance criteria, test strategy, and design pack contents for handover to Delivery/Service Assurance.
• Review customer contracts for technical scope, SLAs, penalties, and risks; flag to Credit/Contracts and Risk Control.
• Ensure solution documentation and project tools are complete and auditable before signature and handover.
